This Privacy Policy explains how Juste (“Juste”, “we”) collects and processes
personal data when you use the Juste mobile application (and, where applicable,
related web pages).
Juste is a matchmaking platform that allows users to find professionals,
communicate with them, and manage appointments.
The application is intended for use in Switzerland and complies with the Swiss
Federal Act on Data Protection (revFADP).
1) Data Controller & Contact
The data controller is the entity operating the Juste application.

A. Account Data
- First and last name (if provided), email address, phone number

B. Matching & Core Functionality Data

C. User-Generated Content
- Reviews, ratings, comments, photos, and other submitted content
- Reports (reported content, reason, contextual information)
D. Professional Data (Directory / Profiles)
- Profile information (name/company name, category, location, description, hours, etc.)

- Diagnostic data (e.g. crash reports) to improve app stability
F. Location Data
To display professionals near you, the application may use:
- Approximate location (e.g. via IP address)
- Precise location (GPS) only if you explicitly enable it on your device
G. Optional Permissions
- Notifications (confirmations, reminders, messages)
- Camera and photos
- Calendar (only if you choose to add an appointment)
You can manage these permissions at any time in your iOS or Android settings.

4) Payments & Billing
Juste is a matchmaking platform and does not process payments, billing,
escrow services, or refunds.
Payments and contractual conditions are handled directly between users
and professionals.

- Legitimate interest (security, abuse prevention, improvement)
- Legal obligations
- User consent (e.g. app permissions such as GPS or notifications)
6) Data Sharing
- With professionals, to enable the requested service

- With technical service providers acting as processors
- With authorities or authorized third parties when legally required
7) Transfers Outside Switzerland
Depending on our technical service providers, data may be processed outside
Switzerland. In such cases, appropriate contractual and technical safeguards
are implemented.

Installing and using the app via the Apple App Store or Google Play involves
data processing by Apple or Google under their own privacy policies.
App permissions are optional (unless stated otherwise) and can be enabled
or disabled at any time in your device settings.
13) Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
